Q4B Audit Sp. z o.o. is an independent audit and advisory firm, which is focused on filling in a gap in the market between the advisory firms of Big 4 and small local auditing firms operating in Poland. The Company was established by former Senior Managers of the Big 4 companies (KPMG, EY) who have many years of experience in audits of a wide range of international corporations and capital groups from diverse industries. Our services are focused on larger companies and complex transactions, comprising M&A and other restructuring processes. Our experience includes also involvement in drafting accounting law and regulations. We provide extended training courses on accounting related matters.
Q4B Audit is the entity registered on the list of auditing firms in Poland - No 4142. We have the insurance policy covering the responsibility for audits and reviews of financial statements amounting to EUR 400,000. We audit the financial statements applying the appropriate quality standards (International quality standard No 1) and International standards on auditing.
